Supporting Mental Health Recovery After the Maui Wildfires
The Maui SERG Dashboard tracks how emergency behavioral health services are reaching individuals and families affected by the Maui wildfires.

What is Maui SERG?
The Maui Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Emergency Response Grant (SERG) supports rapid mental health and substance use services following the August 2023 Maui wildfires. Through a network of trusted local providers, the program helps individuals and families access care during recovery.
After the wildfires, demand for mental health and recovery services exceeded existing resources. Maui SERG helps close that gap by mobilizing services quickly, coordinating providers, and ensuring support reaches those most affected.
